Bringing in companies from across the country, we put you in touch with industry members that provide valuable knowledge on how to best succeed in a professional environment as a CS grad.

Coding

Whether it be coding workshops, hackathon opportunities, or competitive programming competitions, ACM provides several different ways for you to be the best coder you can be.

Social

ACM puts you in touch with other Computer Science and Cybersecurity majors on campus, allowing you to build connections that ensure you don't have to go through college alone.

We're welcoming a representative from Camgian, a local software company known for building AI and ML applications for the world's greatest industrial challenges.

Career Fair Prep - 9/10

Come hear from an Engineering Career Development Center rep on preparing for the Career Fair and how to give yourself the best chance to succeed.

Lockheed Martin - 9/19

Learn more about opportunities for Computer Science, Cybersecurity, and Computer Engineering students at Lockheed Martin, a leader in global defense.

Shipt - 10/1

ACM is welcoming a recruiter from Shipt in Birmingham to talk about their business and internship opportunities along with UA students who have interned there previously.

Clash of Code - 11/12

We're closing out the semester with a mini coding compeition we're calling the Clash of Code! Compete in a variety of programming challenges to win a grand prize at the end.
